	Since opening the doors of its new facility in 1999, Sternberg Museum of Natural History has hosted more than half a million visitors, including tens of thousands of school children. Frequently, these visitors send us cards and letters expressing their excitement with the discoveries they’ve made and sharing drawings, collages, and other artworks inspired by their visits. This exhibition features selections of this art, comments from visitors, and other creative correspondence.
Shades of Gray: an Encore Exhibition

	This exhibition demonstrates the inspiring power of art in advancing environmental education. Award-winning photographer Robert Lindholm paired 60 of his photographic prints with selected writings by famed aviator Charles Lindbergh. The words and images combine to deliver a poetic and compelling conservation message. The exhibition first appeared at Sternberg Museum in 2002, then traveled the state to selected venues. Now it returns for an encore presentation as part of the museum's 10-year anniversary celebration.
